Shipping Information:

Most items will ship within 5 - 7 business days. Some items may ship from a different warehouse. You will be notified of any items that are not in stock when order ships.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping & handling fees. Returned items must be in their original unworn condition and original packaging with tags intact (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Due to time constraints all costume purchases after October 2, 2011 are a FINAL SALE there are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Intimate Apparel cannot be returned.

NOTE: swimwear, hosiery, lingerie, and some costumes are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to Federal Health regulations
